So they are x-ray goggles since he says “I can see your boobs… naked”. Not only is he going to get sued and fired for this site, HR is going to slap him with sexual harrassment.
Whatever the project is, I hope we’re coming to realize it’s not GB.
It’s some kind of viral marketing plan orchestrated to entise GB fans…there’s a reason why GhostSpy has never stepped over the line and used copyrighted material. If this “Spy” is being so sneaky and already risking his career by posting this stuff, then why not show something that irrefutably confirms “Ghostbusters”?
It will be funny to see how the GB fans react when GhostSpy reveals their actual project. This may even damage their plan of trying to win fans
Wow… this movie is NOT looking very good. We don’t need Ghostbusters updated for the 21st century. Just write a good story, and forget the chicks in leather jumpsuits, damnit!
Finally we get a little bit closer to some of the characters. And damnit! the girl looks a lot like Tanya van Graan. Just google her to see, what the spy has seen!

From here on out we are working under the assumption that this is viral… so why would they launch a GB related viral campaign for something that is not GB?
My guess is that its either a spoof or a superbowl commercial.
Guys relax,like I said before, all the evidence points towards this being a combined viral for District 9 (currently in production in Joburg, South Africa) and a “market research project” for Ghostbusters 3 – both being Sony Pictures products.
Its pretty clear from the Johannesburg locations (google map if need be or see previous posts) and the S.A. film production company truck caught on camera, on site.
Id say the Ghostspy has been busted, but the real guys pulling the strings behind this are Sony Pictures. End of. (though I could be wrong)

well its certainly not Ghostbusters III, as it wouldnt be shooting in Johannesburg. Think about it, a big budget film shooting abroad in USA lookalike locations? Theres no logical explanation to shoot locations set in NYC or any other US city abroad when it can be done cheaper at home, especially from Sony Pictures who apparently “need a big hit” money wise.
Besides, the film is in scripting at the moment (although probably by now going through revised drafts)
That video was totally set up/scripted. I agree with the above poster about this being an obviously different project, but at the same time its trying to show SONY the interest in another film.
One underlining fact is known, no matter what the point of this project is, it is somehow involved with Ghostbusters. Be it the community/fans or film/game/show there is no reason for them to tease with Ecto/Protons/Stay Puft/ect without roots in Ghostbusters. I agree that the likely hood of a new film is almost impossible currently, and it could be D-9, but still Ghostbusters is involved somehow.
Maybe a teaser trailer? Like an extremely early teaser trailer from portions of the script that are good and placed in front of D-9? Who knows. But I agree, stop all the negativity and just enjoy the ride, let people think what they want.

Maybe the story line is that in GBIII someone is trying to make a movie about the Ghostbusters because they are heros, bringing perhaps the Staypuft model in reliving history but the studio producing it is jazzing it up like hollywood likes to do. But then ghosts actually do come back and the real ghostbusters have to fight them and maybe are even joined by their actor counterparts who get a taste for what it really is like to live the part. This could kinda tie in the crappy attempt we’ve been seeing and the GBIII movie… Just a thought.

Now that I’ve looked into Sci-Fi Movie…I think it’s safe to say this is part of of Sci Fi Movie.

Besides…GB3 is being made…its been confirmed…there’s been several interviews stating the dudes from the Office were hired and are writing it right now…and MTV had an interview with Bill Murray about it, and he unofficially confirmed it.
He confirmed that they are writing it, but he has no idea where they are taking the film. And that he think’s it would be funny to see a girl Ghostbuster…
MTV is already on top of it, and it’s not even written yet, so theres no way this could be GB3. With the current pop-culture love for the Office, and more Pop-Culture love for GB…when GB3 is surfacing, it’s gonna be crammed in our faces so much, were not gonna know what to do with ourselves.
Hopefully no one confuses “there’s a lot better chance GB3 will get made now” with “GB3 is being made” Yes all the guys have pretty much expressed interest and there are writers working on it. They have to all agree to an idea and a script before anyone commits. It is nowhere near as far along as some people would like to think. Because a script is being written doesn’t mean anything. It means a step towards trying to get the film made but I wouldn’t expect a trailer next week.
